OPINION and ORDER AND JUDGMENT granting the plaintiffs' motion for final approval of the proposed class settlement, certifying a class pursuant to Rule 23(b)(1)(B) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and approving the settlement agreement.
Effective November 1, 2011, the fees for the Application of Admission to our bar will be increased to $201.00 and the fee for a Certificate of Good Standing will be increased to $18.00. Additional information on the increase of other fees can be found under Attorney Information.
