ATTORNEY CASE OPENING MANDATORY 7/1/12 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Beginning Sunday, July 1, 2012 all new civil complaints filed by active members of the bar of this court must be filed electronically. Training is strongly encouraged prior to this mandatory requirement. Click here to see more information and training registration.
Effective November 1, 2011, the fees for the Application of Admission to our bar will be increased to $201.00 and the fee for a Certificate of Good Standing will be increased to $18.00. Additional information on the increase of other fees can be found under Attorney Information.
