- Internship applicants must have completed one year of law school.
- Applications should include a cover letter, resume, writing sample, transcript, and list of references. 1-Ls seeking summer internships should wait to submit an application until they have received their first semester grades. Hiring will not begin until grades have been released and applications that do not include a transcript with at least one semester's grades will not be considered.
- Judge Urbina hires interns for the fall, spring, and summer terms.
- Interns are hired to work no less than 16 hours/week during academic semesters and 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Prospective interns may submit applications at any time.
