Judge Moss employs three one-year clerks and has hired through the 2019-2020 term. Judge Moss is currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 term. Applicants may apply at any time, and Judge Moss prefers to hire clerks who will have had at least one year of experience, including in a court of appeals clerkship, by the time they begin clerking.Law students and alumni who have access to OSCAR should apply via OSCAR. Judge Moss generally selects up to four interns for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Interns are required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during academic semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the internship.Judge Moss is currently hiring interns for the spring-2018 term. Applications for the spring will be accepted from applicants with at least two semesters/three quarters of graded coursework. Beginning on December 1, 2017, Judge Moss will accept applications for summer-2018 term internships. Applicants may submit their applications without law school grades, but should include a cover letter, resume, and undergraduate transcript (unofficial is fine). Applicants are encouraged to submit applications on December 1.
