Clerkship Information

• Judge Mehta has hired through the 2024-2025 Term. He plans to hire for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 terms in accordance with the Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan. More information can be found on OSCAR.

Internship Information

• Judge Mehta selects two to three interns for the fall and spring terms and three to four interns for the summer term. Interns are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during academic semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the internship.
   
• Judge Mehta has completed internship hiring for Summer 2024. Applications for Fall 2024 will open in late April.
