Clerkship hiring for the 2019-2020 term has been completed.
Judge Mehta is accepting clerkship applications for the 2020-2021 term until March 31, 2018, and will be making hiring decisions in Spring 2018. Interested applicants should send an application to Chambers by mail or email an application to Mehta_Clerkship@dcd.uscourts.gov. The application should include a cover letter, resume, transcript, writing sample, and letters of recommendation.
Judge Mehta selects three to four interns for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Interns are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during academic semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the internship.
Judge Mehta is now accepting applications for Spring and Summer 2018 interns. He will review applications for Spring 2018 in December and January, and will review applications for Summer 2018 in February and March. Interested applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and transcript with at least one semester of grades to Mehta_Internship@dcd.uscourts.gov
