On February 13, 2015, G. Michael Harvey was sworn in by Chief Judge Richard W. Roberts as a Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Harvey will preside over matters in Courtroom 6 of the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse.
