Clerkship Information Judge Friedman employs two law clerks each serving a two-year term. Vacancies for the 2007-2009 and 2008-2010 terms have been filled. Judge Friedman will begin accepting and considering applications on September 2008 for one law clerk to begin a two-year term in August 2009. Interviews will be held September 15-16, 2008. Judge Friedman does not participate in OSCAR.
Clerkship applications should include a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and three letters of recommendation
(preferably two law professor recommendations and one legal employer recommendation). Writing samples upon request.
