Chief Judge Hogan currently employs two law clerks in his chambers. Applicants interested in applying for a clerkship are invited to do so via the Online System for Clerkship Application and Review (OSCAR), which can be accessed at http://oscar.dcd.uscourts.gov. Clerkship applications should include a cover letter, resume, writing sample, law school transcript, and 2-3 letters of recommendation.
