Judge Thomas F. Hogan's Internship Information

An internship with Chief Judge Hogan is a traditional judicial internship.  Student interns perform legal research, prepare memoranda of law and assist in drafting opinions.  They have the opportunity to observe trial work by sitting in on various phases of both civil and criminal cases.  They may also be asked to perform some administrative tasks.  The internship is unpaid, although many interns have earned academic credit.

Interns are hired for the fall, spring, and summer terms.  They work part-time during academic semesters and full-time during the summer.

Applicants may apply at any time by submitting a brief cover letter, resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and 2-3 references and/or letters of recommendation.
