• Judge Mehta has hired through the 2027-2028 term.  He plans to hire for future terms in accordance with the Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan.

Internship Information

• Judge Mehta is currently hiring interns for Fall 2026. Please submit applications by August 14, 2026.
• Interested applicants should submit (as one file) a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and transcript to Mehta_Internship@dcd.uscourts.gov.
• Interns must be able to work a minimum of two days, or 16 hours, per week.  If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the internship.
