If you wish to remotely access a Judicial proceeding, please follow the steps below:

1. Locate the date and time of the proceeding you wish to access on the Court's calendar: https://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/court-calendars

2. Send an email to PublicAccessRequest@dcd.uscourts.gov stating that you would like to remotely access a proceeding.  You must include your name and telephone number (with area code), the case name, case number, and the date and time of the proceeding.  By submitting your request, you consent to follow all of this Court's audio and video teleconference rules (see Standing Order 20-20: Public and Media Access to Judicial Proceedings during COVID-19 Pandemic).

3. After the Court receives and reviews your request, if deemed appropriate by the presiding Judge, the Court will send you instructions for remotely accessing the proceeding.  Do not share this information with anyone.
