The following links, organized by year, provide notice of unsealing orders and unsealed documents in  MC (Miscellaneous) cases. These documents are generally available through PACER. If the case is sealed, however, and therefore inaccessible through PACER, a link to the unsealed document is provided. 

Note: Effective January 1, 2018, the Court initiated use of the following specific case types for docketing certain types of applications related to criminal investigations that historically had been docketed using the MC (Miscellaneous) case type: 

GJ (Grand Jury) 
ML (Mutual Legal Assistance)
TW (Mobile Tracking) 
MW (Material Witness) 
PR (Pen Register/Trap and Trace)
SC (Stored Communications Act)
TO (Tolling) 
WT (Wiretap)
WR (All Writs Act)
