Clerkship and Internship Information

• Judge Nichols employs three clerks for one-year terms. Information about clerkship vacancies and the application process may be found on OSCAR.

• Judge Nichols also employs interns for the summer and during the fall and spring semesters.  Interested applicants should send applications to Nichols_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov.  Applications should include a cover letter, resume, unofficial law school transcript, and writing sample.  Applications may also include references or letters of recommendation.
