Clerkship Information
- Judge Upadhyaya has hired clerks through the 2026-2027 term.
Internship Information
- Judge Upadhyaya selects two to three interns for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Interns are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during academic semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the intern.
- Judge Upadhyaya is accepting applications for interns for the spring of 2025. Interested students should submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample (no more than 10 pages), transcript with at least one semester of grades, and list of 3 references to Upadhyaya_Internship@dcd.uscourts.gov. We expect to review applicants on a rolling basis. Applicants in their 1L year may supplement their grades when they receive them.
