Clerkship Information
- Judge Moss employs three one-year clerks and hires in accordance with the Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan.
- Law students and alumni who have access to OSCAR should apply via OSCAR. Applicants without access to OSCAR may send applications (consisting of a cover letter, resume, writing sample, law school transcript, and list of references, combined into a single PDF) to Moss_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov. References may send letters of recommendation under separate cover to Moss_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov. Please do not send paper applications.
Internship Information
- Judge Moss generally selects three to four interns for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Interns are required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during academic semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the internship.
- Chambers will begin reviewing applications for Spring 2025 on a rolling basis starting October 21, 2024, and will begin reviewing applications for Summer 2025 on a rolling basis starting December 1, 2024. Interested candidates may submit applications to Moss_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov. Applications should include a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript, combined into a single PDF.
