Clerkship Information
- Judge Moss employs three one-year clerks and has hired through the 2024-2025 term. Judge Moss is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 terms.
- Applicants in the Class of 2024 and earlier may apply at any time. Applicants in later classes may apply in accordance with the Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan.
- Law students and alumni who have access to OSCAR should apply via OSCAR. Applicants may send applications (consisting of a cover letter, resume, writing sample, law school transcript, and list of references, as a single PDF) to Moss_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov. References may send letters of recommendation under separate cover to Moss_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov. Please do not send paper applications.
Internship Information

Judge Moss generally selects up to four interns for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Interns are required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during academic semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. If applicable, interns also may receive academic credit for the internship.
