- Judge McFadden is currently hiring for Spring 2026 part-time and Summer 2026 full-time interns. Applications are evaluated and hired on a rolling basis, so early submission favors the applicant. Candidates should submit a resume, law school transcript, and writing sample to McFadden_Internship@dcd.uscourts.gov. Recommendations are preferred but not required. Promising candidates will be contacted for an interview.
NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: Unless otherwise posted, no telephonic line is available for listening to in-court proceedings in front of Judge McFadden.
