Effective January 1, 2018, the Court adopted use of the MW (Material Witness) case type for applications and orders pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3144 relating to the arrest, release or detention of material witnesses. In years prior to 2018, material witness applications and orders were docketed using the MC (Miscellaneous) case type and may be found under the Miscellaneous link.

The following links, organized by year, provide notice of unsealing orders and unsealed documents in MW matters originating in 2018 or later. These documents are generally available through PACER. If the case is sealed, however, and therefore inaccessible through PACER, a link to the unsealed document is provided.
