Effective January 1, 2018, the Court adopted use of the SC (Stored Communications) case type for applications and orders pursuant to the Stored Communcations Act (SCA), 18 U.S.C. §§ 2703-5. In years prior to 2018, SCA applications and related documents were docketed using either the MJ (Magistrate) case type (for warrants for electronic searches) or the MC (Miscellaneous) case type (for other applications) and may be found under the links to those case types.

The following links, organized by year, provide notice of unsealing orders and unsealed documents in SC matters originating in 2018 or later.  These documents are generally available through PACER. If the case is sealed, however, and therefore inaccessible through PACER, a link to the unsealed document is provided.
