Effective January 1, 2018, the Court adopted use of the WT (Wiretaps) case type for applications pursuant to Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-2522, for applications, affidavits and orders for real-time interception of wire, oral and/or electronic communications. In years prior to 2018, Title III applications for wiretaps were docketed using the MC (Miscellaneous) case type and may be found under the Miscellaneous link.

The following links, organized by year, provide notice of unsealing orders and unsealed documents in WT matters originating in 2018 or later. These documents are generally available through PACER. If the case is sealed, however, and therefore inaccessible through PACER, a link to the unsealed document is provided.
